Vera Audio M1600 mono block combines huge amount of power with very low distortion. The perfect choice when there is a need for high output power and clean sound reproduction.

In good Vera Audio spirit, cooling has been emphasized. The modules are vertically mounted to large heatsinks, which together with venting holes in top and bottom secures important cooling of critical components making sure the unit will have have a long life span.

The mono block is fully differential/balanced with XLR input and Vera Audio has developed an input stage with superb measuring data.

The M1600 has both speaker binding posts and a speakon connection. A 12V trigger input allows the unit to be remotely switched on and off from an auxiliary equipment such as DSP, DAC, pre-amplifier etc.

A main switch is on the rear and a standby button with LED light in front. The LED button is orange in standby and blue light when it’s turned on. Both LED lights are of the comfortable nature.

Questions and Answers

Note that the M1600 requires a C10 power cord. Such a 1.8m long cable with 3×1.5mm2 follows.

In order to take advantage of the power output the amplifier needs to be connected to a 16A/230V or 25A/110V circuit. A smaller circuit can be used but will limit the amplifiers power output and the circuit may shut down with overloading.
